| Using NWS-Get to put radar on UI-View NWSGet will NOT work unless you are using Precision Mapping |

Once you
have downloaded and Unzipped the MWSGet221 file folder place the unzipped
folder in the Peak systems file folder. (See below.) |
Now open the MWSGet221
file folder and locate the file NWSGet.exe, right mouse click on the file
and select Create Shortcut. Now move the shortcut to your desktop and
close all file folders.![]() |

To start NWSGet click on the icon you created and the program will open. 1: Select mode should be Server 2: select Redraw Map 3: under Radar image underlay select the radar station for your area 4: For Radar Underlay product select the type of radar you want. 5: Now click on the Add selected Radar and product button 6: Under File select Minimize on startup and Shutdown when UIView terminates 7: Now Minimize the program window This will get you started, but use help menu for more information. ![]() |

To load the radar image on
UIView open the Pmapserver Control Panel and select load underlay, then
select the radar underlay you want. Now exit the control Panel and you should see the radar on your map. ![]() |
